An original initiative developed by Portsmouth City Council to encourage working relationships throughout the supply chain. The E-business Builder facilitates access to contract opportunities for local SME's including Social Enterprises. The system will assist contractors in sourcing quality resources and skilled labour to fulfil their contractual commitments.
eBusiness Builder: Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and Somerstown Regeneration Project
